Dreams - Ashford

We had seen beds on line , but decided to go to the shop in Ashford Kent . We were Impressed by the salesman who helped us . And have bought the bed we wanted .

Very helpful staff and good variety of merchandise.

When we entered the store we were browsing and the guys were busy with other customers, but very quickly Jon walked past and engaged with us. He offered his help & a cup of tea/coffee. Much appreciated! He was so helpful and knew what he was talking about. Guided us through what we thought we wanted and pointed out things that probably would't work. Dead Right! Although we weren't looking to buy on the day We did and can't fault the help, advice and customer service. (We own a retail business ourselves and Jon was the type of person we like to have working with us)

Helpful very pleasant staff made ordering easy and enjoyable. A good choice of beds etc. We have shopped with Dreams previously and been very pleased & satisfied with all aspects.

I was satisfied because you get to try the products be for you buy and the staff was very helpful along with tea and coffee.

The assistant was understanding of our needs explained the different mattress types and advised on new pillows exelent at her job also offered tea and coffee would recommend to others

The assistant was very helpful and was able to give us all the information we required. Before we decided, we were not put under pressure and when it came to ordering, the process/terms were all carefully explained. We felt welcomed by both staff members we encountered.

Dreams worker Mark W, was extremely helpful and understanding. Helped us to make a decision which was suitable to our needs. Whilst looking around they made us feel welcome by making us a cup of tea and coffee. They greeted us with a friendly approach. He took his time to explain all the features and benefits. He understood my needs as I am disabled and took his time to explain everything with my husband and I. I couldn't fault anything. Mark was brilliant and gave fantastic customer service.
