We were very pleased with the three members of your staff that we encountered. The only area of concern is your requirement that 100% of the cost has to be paid up front long in advance of delivery. I appreciate that this may be in part because a third party manufacturer is involved but it has the possibility of leaving the purchaser highly disadvantaged should their be any failures in the supply chain. Dana, the person serving me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She tried to reduce the waiting time of 6 weeks as best she could and promised to do regular checks to try and reduce it.
