Great customer service.

We said what we needed for the bed and the salesman showed the beds in the correct category and explained everything to us.

We were greeted at the store by staff and offered advice when necessary but also left to try out mattresses at our own pace; the layout of the store was explained and our wants/needs were listened to. We were offered tea/coffee and the suggestion by the member of staff became the bed that was ordered, so we received very helpful advice.

I was highly satisfied because I could try lots of different kind of mattress even if there wasn't which one I was looking for. The staff member also provide us a pillow to get the experience more comfortable. He also said his name (Dean) and offered to help us also for the bed frame. When we went to the desk to make the order they also offered a cup of tea or coffee that was very appreciated. Dean explained to us everything and made sure that we understood all.

today I came to the store in Ashford and was helped by dean he was very helpful with what I needed in there. I will defiantly return when I next need a bed thank you very much.

The firmness of different mattresses on display throughout the store was clearly labelled. The staff were very helpful and able to explain what we should be looking for to satisfy our own specific requirements.

Staff were engaging but not pushy.
