Helpful staff who assisted in the purchase of our bed. They were informative but were not pushing for a sale, making the experinence far more pleasant.

Shop assistant spent time with us helping us to make a decision. A very patient man! Clear explanations, all questions answered by knowledge or checking. Clear colour system in place to help choose mattress. Two alternatives priced and explained. Time given to us without him there, good balance. Gave children colouring activity to help us focus. Researched all we wanted to know.

Emma was very good and seemed to know what she was talking about, also she makes a very good cup of coffee. The shop was very busy but she took her time with us very good.

Wasn't sure what I was looking for as I have a bad back. Jon from Ashford asked the right questions to help me find the right mattress for me. We even had a deposit on a bed at benson and he was so helpful we decided to lose that deposit. Both workers that day offered tea and advice,, great customer experience. :)
