The staff member I dealt with listened to my requirements and helped me choose a bed that suited my needs. They did not try to sell me the most expensive bed they could but one that met my requirements. They were friendly and helpful, I was very happy with the service and the speed of delivery and the quality of the product.

Friendly approachable staff. We were made to feel very welcome and even offered a cup of tea or coffee. That's a nice touch and makes you think you are not being rushed.good selection of products for all budgets too.

Me and my wife were made to feel very welcome by Jon on our first visit, on our second visit when we purchased are new mattress the fantastic service continued from Emma. Emma had great knowledge of the different products, extremely helpful and kind. Really helped me and my wife make the best descision on what mattress would be suitable for us. We're both really excited on the arrival on our new tempur mattress. We will definitely recommend Dreams Ashford! Thanks so much to Jon and Emma.

The staff were extremely helpful and explained everything in great depth they were very patient with myself as most women I couldn't make my mind up at first and the member of staff just let me think things over and vote to my own choice instead of pushing me into something I may not be happy with plus they make a lovely cup of coffee
