The customer service adviser was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist.

Staff were very helpful, pleasant and willing to listen to you. Was given all rellivent information and then left to look around at your own pace, was even offered tea or coffee.

I was given help and advice from the moment I entered the shop and had begun to browse the information and mattresses. I was offered tea or coffee. When I had completed my mattress order I was asked if I needed anything else. I had planned to shop for a duvet at a nearby Dunelms, but was able to buy one with a discount. Although the main brand was not available as a single the assistant took a lot of trouble to find an alternative in store and offer another option if I wanted it at a later date. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Emma couldn't have been more helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable and the information she gave us helped us to choose what we needed.

Before Visiting Dreams we went to all the stores around (Say6-8) and found Dreams to be most competitive, well priced and fulfilled all our requirement very well.

We were dealt with in a ptofessional manner by the staff and assisted by Dean with great satisfaction.

Purchased an ex-dispaly headboard at ashford and Dean even made us a coffee each. He helped us carry our item to our car. Nice chap!
