Even though the shop was very busy the team acknowledged that I was waiting and offered tea/coffee. This is my second purchase from Dreams within 3 months and used you again based on my last experience; I was not disappointed. Friendly and efficient team and good product range. Delivery was equally efficient, the delivery team were polite and helpful.

Sales person, Dean, very helpful. It was a warm day and we were offered a drink within a very short space of time. Dean took the time to understand what both myself and my fiancé were looking for in a mattress and, as we are different sleepers (her being a side sleeper and myself a front sleeper), advised what the best type of mattress would be for both of us.

A good overall experience having two assistants helping with our questions etc. The offer a cup of tea was extended a couple of times which we refused but was nice to be offered this. Looking forward to receiving my new mattress next week. Many thanks.

The staff member who served me. I visited the shop on 3 separate occasions and she was brilliant. Professional but also really friendly.

It was juts really quick and easy. The staff were approachable and knew their stuff. There was a sale on so I think I got a real bargain.

Emma and John were amazingly helpful and so easy to talk to which made everything easy and there knowledge was excellent not received help like that anywhere else you as a company are very lucky to have such a great team at your branch

The sales assistant was very friendly and helped us to select exactly what we needed. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. We need further purchases and will definitely use this store again.

Staff available when needed. She understood our needs and what we were looking for. Very accuarte with mattress type as well which was good help. Highly likely we will visit again in near future if needed.
