My wife first words to one your staff were, "Is there an expert in here?" To which Jon replied, "I am." That was a challenge and Jon certainly lived up to his claim. We attended the store intending to enquire about buying just a mattress but when we came out we had bought a bed as well. Jon was never pushy and we led the conversation but his enthusiasm shone through. When it came to the paperwork he fully explained what was happening and what our expectations should be when it came to delivery and assembly. He is a credit to your company.

This was the first mattress I have brought so I was very clueless. The staff member that helped me and my partner and explained how the mattress we liked was made and helped us make our final decision. We were offered a drink, tea or coffee, which was nice and welcoming also.

The customer assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, which made it very welcoming. We were also offered tea and coffee which was a delight.

Member of staff who helped me was extremely helpful, talked me through everything and was very knowledgeable about all things bed related.

The sales lady was helpful and answered my questions easily. I received good service from her.
