Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and was even made a cup of coffee!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello may i help you? At the time we didn't, but was told if you need anything please don't hesitate to call. When we did need assistance he was straight over, no delay and very helpful.

I normally do not accept unsolicited help from staff as I like to browse. Emma engaged us in conversation and it quickly became apparent we were mattress and bedding virgins and needed to be informed on the products available and their indications for use. Emma was personable, professional, empathetic and had very good recall. She went above and beyond duty to help us and made the shopping experience meaningful and fruitful for us. Please pass on our thanks.

We were assisted straight away, all our questions were answered confidently and other suggestions were put forward. When placing our first order we were surprised and happy that our mattress would be delivered within two days!

Excellent product knowledge by the staff member. Very polite and courteous. Made to feel relaxed with a drink. Nice touch! No hard sell at all. Left to try beds at our own pace. Advise and help offered throughout. The store had actually closed by the time we had selected our bed, sales member more than happy to stay late to answer questions and take order. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent customer service skills.
