The staff were amazing and had a very good product knowledge but did not push you they let us make our own choices making sure we had all the information needed

They were very busy due to being short staffed but didnt make me feel like i was any less important. Actually couldnt apoligize enough for the time i was kept waiting. Very good customer sevice.

Jon was really helpful and even offered us tea and coffee and offered colouring to the children and let my son play with his calculator. Eddy and Chris the men who delivered the bed were also very friendly and respectful.

The lady who served me Emma was most polite. She made friendly conversation but not intrusive, offered me a drink as soon as I walked in and asked if I would like some help, again but not in my face. I had to rearrange my delivery and without any fuss she did this. She explained the types of beds and recommended what type but again explaining the different types of mattresses. I always come to Dreams mainly because I know the staff are going to tell me the truth. Sure I would always like the price to be lower but again you offer a refund plus £10 if you fine cheaper.

Went into local dreams as needes a matress for my daughter that day and was offered 3 different types for different budgets the man even carried the mattress to my car for me very friendly and helpful will be back!
