We were helped by a very competent young man who explained everything we needed to know ,then helped us on and off selected mattresses to try them .he also helped us choose new pillows after explaining the differences of them all .very good experience all in all

Our first Visit to a Dreams Store, Emma in the Ashford store was a very helpful, knowledgeable and professional assistant, the whole experience of our visit to the store was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We would definitely recommend you to our friends and family

We were only dropping into compare prices and quality of product and had no intention of buying at all but were so impressed wit the knowledge of your staff and how friendly they were we ended up buying .We were not sold a bed we were guided through what was available to us in a friendly way and at no point felt under any pressure to buy . We were given a chose of several pillows to try when we were laying on the different beds . Full marks to EMMA .
