Easy transaction, helpful and knowledgeable staff, even offered us a cup of tea

We have visited the Ashford store before and it was then that we saw the bed that we bought. We were unable to purchase on our first visit but decided that because of the very helpful staff we would return to buy the bed as soon as we were in a position to do so. Also the fact that the bed was at a more reduced price gave us the incentive to return to Dreams. We look forward to taking delivery of our new bed on 9/11/17. Many thanks to Dean who made our visit and purchase a very enjoyable experience.

Offered assistance and tea and coffee by Emma Bell which made the experience so much nicer. Had been to two other companies before we went into Dreams and neither of them offered us drinks. Allowed to take our time and left alone to decide, but help was there if we needed it. I hate being pounced on as soon as I enter a store and then followed round it makes me head for the exit. But in the Ashford store we were not hassled, it paid off , we bought.

The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful and it was our first visit to the store.

Staff at shop (EMMA) were very helpful and nice. Not pushy which made a change from other shops.

This was our first visit to a Dreams store and a it has been a long time since we purchased a bed. Your sales person Dean was very pleasant and professional. His knowledge of products helped us in choosing what we think was the best choice of product. The cup of coffee was a nice touch that enhanced the Experience

The sales assistant was very helpful in explaining the different types of bed & made recommendations without being pushy. He gave me time to try different mattresses & even made me a cup of tea!

This was my first visit to Dreams. My wife and I were looking for a bedstead with drawers. There were about 20 beds on display of which maybe 3 met our specifications.So the choice was not very wide but you had one bed which met our criteria. My son in New York was paying but your assistant Dean dealt with all the complications of credit card and we left the store with a bed duly ordered.
