We explained what we wanted and although the option of buying other items at the same time was mentioned, your salesman realised we knew exactly what we wanted and didn't waste our time trying to sell us any extras. If we'd felt we were being pressured to buy anything else we would have left the shop and tried elsewhere, so it was very nice to deal with someone so helpful and sensible. We'd definitely buy from you again as we got exactly what we wanted quickly and with minimum fuss. Great service, so far, and we're looking forward to having the bed base delivered shortly.

We had not bought a new mattress for a long while and were very pleased at the information we received in the store, very informative without any pressure from the assistant, and when we chose the one we wanted, everything was explained in detail. We are now looking forward to the delivery of the mattress and hoping at last to get a good nights sleep.
