We entered the store knowing which bed we wanted to purchase. However needed time to browse for a mattress, Jonathan greeted us and allowed us to browse the store freely. Once we had decided the items we wanted to purchase we sat down with Jonathan and at this stage were offered Tea & Coffee. Jonathan made our purchase incredibly easy, and was incredibly generous in taking the time to offer us additional purchases of pillows and duvets from your discontinued ranges. Overall Jonathan’ service was a credit to your brand he went above and beyond to ensure we walked away with everything we needed for our first home. Truly 10/10 Service. Thank you.

We was served by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable assistant (Emma Bell), she was very patient and understanding of mine and my wife needs we felt relaxed and unrushed in this purchase at no point did we fell pressured in buying a bed and in total we was in the store for 2 hours choosing the right bed and mattress for our needs. Emma is credit and value to Dreams with her knowledge and customer service skills, also there was a gentleman as well (unfortunately I didn't get his name) but he was extremely friendly too both are a credit to your Ashford store.

Service and attention was everything we required

I was highly satisfied with the way Dean the assistant showed how the bed worked showed us the materials which could be used, invited us to try the 2 beds, and quoted the prices. My husband is severely disabled and was in hospital at the time. My daughter-in-law went initially to see what was available, and as we were very impressed with the way in which Dean helped, we went and told my husband about it, and then went back to the store and ordered the bed which we felt was suitable and the price we could afford.

Had very little idea what we were after before going into the store, Jon had all the knowledge on everything we asked him and more. Ended up feeling very well informed about our purchase and decision.

Buying a bed is a very important event and we want to make sure we get It right . So the assistance and knowledge of Emma in the Ashford store was invaluable in helping us make our decision.
