Excellent Customer Service from those we had contact with, (particularly Emma, who was extremely helpful).

WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO ATTEND TO US AND DEAN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SORTING OUT WHAT WE WANTED.

Jon was very helpful and came over straight away to see if we needed help. He then gave us the options for the type of mattress we were looking for and was very friendly and put the order through giving us all the info we needed

Dean, was very good at his job and his knowledge about the beds and pillows, very satisfied

Our service at dreams In Ashford retail park was very good and helpful and even gave us cup of tea ,while we decided was best for us to find a bed and the right price . Helping decided on right mattress . Mark was brilliant very professional at his job . My husband been ill was very kind to helping us .maidstone branch was not helpful to us and not very welcoming but ashford was great 👍 Many thanks Mark went the extra mile to help us choose right one . Would recommended to choose a bed there .

Upon arrival at the Ashford store I was greeted by a very friendly stores assistant named Jason who kindly greeted me and offered to help me choose the kind of mattress I wanted while the Salespersons were busy with other customers. He was most helpful and polite plus making me tea while I waited after making my choice of products. I was most impressed.

The helpfulness and knowledge of Dean, the salesman, and the store was very busy, but he came and gave me information about the products. he left me to try them, which I like because you can take your time and don't feel rushed or pressured. and he returned frequently to see how I was doing and answered any questions that I had.

There were a wide variety of mattresses on display with facts and information clearly displayed. The assistant was also able to offer information and advice.
