The whole experience was a pleasure. The Lady who attended to us was not pushy and was happy to answer our questions. We went on a Monday as we knew it would be quieter, and funny enough we went to your competitor first (Bensons). After walking round for ten minutes looking at their beds we only saw one assistant who was busy dealing with another Customer so we left without any contact from their staff and came to you. Within a few minutes of arriving your assistant made herself known to us and said if we wanted any help let us know - we appreciate this sort of approach as it does not put you under any pressure, she left us alone until we were ready o seek her help and advice. Your store had a few customers in it but you had enough staff to attend to everyone, we appreciated this and it felt a natural place to look at beds and not feel that we were going to be given the 'big sell'. We were even offered a cuppa! We came out of the store feeling valued as a customer and felt it was a really great experience!

Very friendly, accomodating, and friendly staff; clean and spacious showroom; high quality assistance; and product and pricing information was readily available through staff or signage. My partner and I went to the showroom expecting to come away with some ideas for future expenses and availability of items that fit the space available in our current bedroom. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly member of staff who asked us what we were looking for and, after explaining our limited space and budget, showed us all the options available to us within those limits. Once we had decided, he explained with great detail the buy-now-pay-later scheme and then sat us down to go through all of the paperwork. He was incredibly friendly and informative and accomodating throughout this process. I found the process to be very straightforward. Our delivery date was accomodating to our daily schedules so we wouldn't have to take any time off of work to make sure we were available. We came away half an hour after entering with a purchase contract, delivery date, and the relaxing knowledge of a decent night's sleep in our near future.

Dean in Ashford was excellent, informative and not too pushy made it very inviting and we ended up buying a bed frame as well as the mattress.

Assistant listened to our needs and requirements whilst looking for a replacement mattress,showed us various products that met our needs. Assistant explained product specifications in great details without being confusing.

Emma greeted us as we entered the STORE. Emma explained about the colour theme which helped us a lot. Was not pressured in any one but Emma give us LOTS of advice. Would highly recommend this STORE.

A good range of products to choose from and helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The staff were friendly and inviting. I dealt with two members of staff on my multiple visits (Jon and Emma) who were both exceptional. Both were very friendly and helpful. There was a vast amount of products to choose from. Most of them were available in the shop to try.

Entered the store needing to replace our current matress but were unsure of what products were available and the most comfortable for our comfort requirements. Emma took the time explaining the different product options and helped us make the right choice (hopefully)
