Emma was extremely helpful and patient with us as we had no idea what we were after and also had our two children with us and they interacted with them well and kept them from going crazy with boredom!

The store itself is well laid out, nice and bright and spacious. Emma, the sales assistant was super-knowledgeable, offering us the right amount of attention, whilst not over-crowding us. She had the balance just right, and had a very pleasant way about her. We were even given a cup of tea - nice touch :-)

Dean (in Ashford) was most helpful. He explained about the bed and the forms that was needed. He also explained and allowed me to make a suitable time and date for delivery

Pleased with the location of the shop, ease of parking and welcoming on entering the store. Range of mattresses available was very good with invitation to try any of them out. Sale price was good, delivery time acceptable. Received the mattress today having had 2 polite phone calls from the driver about anticipated arrival time. Pleasant and polite delivery men in spite of the horrible weather. Can find no fault with the service.
