Staff were extremely friendly, offering us a hot drink, and making us feel comfortable about testing out beds etc! Very good customer service, and nice store.

Due the very good service from Jonathan who was very quick to offer us advice and product information but at no point was pushy. He clearly explained all the products on offer and listened to our needs and directed us accordingly. He also fully and clearly explained all the options available regarding financing the purchase.

All staff are very friendly and helpful ,and make a nice cup of tea ! They gave me so much advice regarding what would suite my needs which made it easy for me to buy at this store

Staff friendly and helpful without pressurising us, made us coffee and was happy to leave us until their assistance was required. We hadn’t realised our purchase was being completed well after closing time.
