Extremely happy with Dean ferns knowledge of bed we required and the product as well

Phoned Ashford store the day before and spoke to a delightful lady who gave all the information I needed re opening times and who would be there to help me! Visited the next day and were greeted by the lovely Dean who took us right through the process of buying two new mattresses following flood damage. He was informative and helpful without being at all pushy - gave us valuable help and even made my husband a very good cup of coffee. Purchase was smooth and efficient. Top Marks Dean and thankyou.

Dean is experienced and knows his job well. He explained everything clearly, made some good suggestions, offered us tea and coffee and our time choosing a bed and a mattress was a very positive experience. However, the bed was delivered this morning and one half - containing two drawers - will have to be replaced, as it was faulty and the drawer jammed closed.

We have purchased a mattress befor in Dreams and were happy with the service we received so we retrurned to replace it. The service we received was of the same high standard.

Sales assistant was very helpful but not at all pushy. We did not feel pressured into making a decision. He took time to listen to our various needs. We were buying one full double bed as well as just a new super king mattress. Both wanted different levels of comfort and mattress needs and he was careful to explain the various options available.

The assistant was so very helpful, but left us long enough to browse. Advising where required and informative. Everything was laid out for us to try, feel and explore products.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received - I would rate it as the best we have received in a long time in any store.
