The sales assistant Emma was not only very knowledgeable, she spent the time to listen and then go on to recommend various options despite being clearly very busy that day.

Lovely customer service, thought I was going to be there for hours but was put to ease when I spoke to someone straight away and they was able to answer every question.

Emma was very helpful my local store does not have any sofa beds to show so we looked on her computer I could not have found a more plesant and helpful person
