Extremely friendly and helpful staff and managed to get incredibly good value for money on items bough.

Good customer service and ease of ordering

The Sales Staff namely Emma was very professional and had a great non-pressured approach. She also had great product knowledge. There was a good range of products and the shop was well laid out. Also, the cup of tea offered and taken was very welcome and a nice touch.

The staff were extremely helpful and answered our questions with ease. The purchase went extremely smoothly.

The salesman was very helpful without being pushy and went out of his way to show us the products he thought would suit our needs.

We were extremely pleased with customer service particularly that we have a very difficult staircase and wouldn't get a single electric divan up it. After making phonecalls the manager was able to arrange for the manufacturers to supply one in a knock down state so that I could rebuild it in the bedroom. In the past I have needed to dismantle and rebuild myself.
