Had the right product we were looking for to try. Delivery was very good.

We were not hassled but given good advice and when we had decided on a product the transaction was handled very quickly and effeciantly

We were made very welcome as soon as we arrived at the store and the assistant could not have been more helpful and he took time to understand what we were looking for. On our first visit he was very helpful but my husband wanted to go home and think about what we needed. But we were soon back at the store and asked for the original assistant to take our order as he had been so kind and helpful before. He let us take time in choosing our products and the colour that we wanted. All in all we were very impressed with Dreams and will certainly use them in the future when we need more items for the bedrooms.

Dean was extremely helpful with our requests. Dean listened to our needs and met them at the same time remaining polite and efficient. The quality of the mattress and bed was just what we were after.
