Emily who served us in the Ashford store was very knowledgeable and took time to explain to us the difference in the beds that we were looking for. Very polite and a credit to Dreams as an employee.

I am highly Satisfied whith my experince soley down to the member of staff that dealt with myself and my daughtet . What a refreshing change to come across such a friendly helpfull memeber of your staff Emma shoud be commended for her warmth and friendly customer service very rare to find these days. I hope that she recieves the aknowledgement she deserves .

The agent was there but not too pushy and he allowed me to look and test beds at my own pace. When I had a query he was polite and quick to provide the answers. Once I had made a decision to buy he was clear about the process and while he explained the additional options he was not pushy about trying to get me to go for something I did not want. Altogether a very pain free and pleasant experience
