The sales assistant was very helpful and knew everything relevant to the products

I think it was guidance from the sales person. He was not overdoing and supplied accurate and prompt information. His knowledge was excellent. Yet we had plenty of time to try mattresses and think about without being pressurised. The sales told us all the benefits from buying from Dreams, which we appreciated. The product range in the shop was very satisfactorily.

The sales assistant, Dean, went out of his way to help me find what I needed, including phoning other stores in Kent to see if they had a cabin bed on display. Although there was one at Maidstone, that was too long a journey. He helped with the order, added discounts and helped with other products, such as the guarantee and service cover on the mattress. He explained everything clearly and was patient with my autistic son.

Staff were polite and helpful without being intrusive

During the two visits on the same day we were met with knowledgeable and helpful staff who were there when we wanted but gave us space when we needed it.

Emma was helpful right from the start, listened and understoodto our needs and provided the right recommendations. There was no hard sell. She was a credit the the team at the ashford store

I have back problems and the lady who served us knew what type of mattress would be better, and couldn't do anymore to help us, we are so happy with it also we got pillows that were perfect, I can't say what it's like to sleep well and I have since shopping at dreams. Will always go back to dreams. Thankyou.

Emma was very informative and attentive but not too overpowering. She explained all the mattress options and showed us what beds we should be comparing once we had established what firmness we required. All the staff were very friendly offering teas and coffees. Paperwork did not take too long to sort out. Good select of beds and pillows to try before your buy and to have an exchange programme in place if you decide you have not made the correct choice is a bonus.

Our experience at your Ashford Dreams store was a very good one. Emma was very professional and knowledgeable of all the products we were considering. She is certainly an asset to your store. The items have not yet been delivered so unable to comment on the actual items until they have been received.

Dean the assistant was very helpful. I needed a bed and bedding for my father Charles Bosher who is 98 years of age, urgently. Dean took the time and trouble to sort out the best items at reasonable prices.
