We entered the Ashford branch with a screaming 20 month old, who was not happy he'd been woken up from the car. The first thing Mark did, was blew up a balloon for him, to help prevent the tears continuing! Both Mark and Dean were brilliant in showing us the mattresses, and helping keep our boy calm with balloons and funny faces etc. He quickly cheered up, and was then running round the store with a big smile on his face, which we were ever so grateful for.

We had been into Dreams Ashford a few times, trying to figure out what we wanted for our new house. Jon assisted us every time we entered the store. He was very kind and helpful.

The sales assistant, Mark, was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions and spent with us as much time as we needed. He knew the products and gave us advice when needed.

The shop assistance was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not overly pushy or in your face. Pleasant experience when I usually hate sales people

The sales guy was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. He gave excellent advice about product knowledge and then backed off so we could discuss. A very chilled out experienced

Good customer service. Dominic offered us a drink. He was helpful. Gave us a little space which I like but was still around when we needed his help. Wasn’t to pushy on the sale so to put us off but gave us the facts on the beds we liked. Offed us a pillow to try beds out. Overall really good.

Jon acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store. He was not at all overbearing but extremely helpful. We would never have been able to make our purchase as quickly or efficiently without his help. A very pleasant young man who is credit to your business.

Dean was efficient and friendly. We were given all the information we needed and then given time to browse on our own.
