The staff were warm and friendly very helpful We had Emma who explained everything clearly we wanted mattresses that didnt have springs she advised us and helped us Mark the manager carried the pillows we bought to our car nothing was tomuch trouble

I visited the store to buy an ex display mattress which I needed urgently that same day. Emma from the Ashford branch was so helpful and helped me with my choice. She explained everything to me and spent time going through my options and made sure I was happy with my selection. I would highly recommend Dreams.

Emma was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Started by offering us a tea/coffee, an offer repeated during our visit. Explained the differences between the various "colours" offered. Gave us proper pillows to use. It was a very stress-free transaction, inter-spaced with much humour. She told us all about the peace of mind guarantee and delivery. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, however, at no point did we feel pressured. It was a delightful experience. If you ask me, she should be given an "employee of the month" award, she is a brilliant ambassador for your company.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff(Emma) who helped us understand the different products available. We found a wide range of quality mattresses to choose from and after spending some time selecting the right one for us, Emma assisted us the ordering process.

We were greated with a hello and friendly smile when entering the store, Dean was very helpful and knowledgeable in all the products I was interested in,loved the cool touch pillow he gave me to try,was impressed.

we went in the store to pay our final balance on our previous order and was looking for a mattress for our second bedroom, we were helped by Dean one of the sales persons who helped us find the mattress we liked and ended up buying one. he was very helpful.
