Dreams - Ashford

The colleques were very friendly , they were willing to help give options , even though the bed that i was looking for wasnot in ashford store they quickly check in other store and helped me to place a order . Overall i am very satisfy as this is my first time visit to dreams .

The assistant was polite, helpful and efficient.

The store had a good selection off mattresses and the service we received was excellent.

The main reason I was highly satisfied is because of Mark the sales assistand in the ashford store. He was helpful in all aspects of our pirchase.

Dean was extremely helpful in providing all the information needed to choose the right bed for us, he did not rush or try to ‘hard sell’, he listened to our needs and explained each bed to us in plenty of detail. I did not want to make an impulse buy, and Dean was happy for us to go away and think about it, and we returned a couple of hours later to make the purchase.

Very good customer service, friendly and informative staff. The overall experience made buying our first bed easy and stress-free.

Dean was very helpful and made it very easy to choose our bed, however, he was never 'pushy' and gave us privacy to discuss the purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The offer of a hot drink was a nice touch.

Emma the assistant showed us the mattresses we were looking having listen to the fact we wanted to have no springs because we both have Arthritus Emma also introduced us to memory foam pillows she let us lay on one of these too she then gave us time to try the mattresses for a few minutes she also put no pressure on us to buy which for ourselves was perfect we were really happy with the information she gave us too
