Jon was very pleasant, efficient and knew the products well. He helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. His explanations were clear and succinct and he was able to direct us towards offers, that were very useful to ud, including bedding packages and guarantee options.

Helpful staff with great knowledge of their products. Plenty of choice of good quality mattresses. Shop arranged and beds 'dressed' to make comparison easier.

Friendly service and not forced into buying something that we didn't want. Very good product knowledge.

Assistant knowledgeable and helpful and friendly

The store assistant, Mark, explained the products very clearly and when I outlined my particular needs, he guided me in right direction and gave good information regarding the products that I was interested in. I was not pressured, nor did I feel under pressure to make a purchase but I felt comfortable browsing and testing.

We were welcomed to Dreams on arriving and left to wander at leisure for a while.We were then joined by Dean who gave us the information about different mattresses, encourage to lie on them to help make a choice. The purchase process was explained through out and date made for delivery. We were impressed that our old will be recycled rather than go to land fill. as soon as I walked in Dean (store assistant) was quick to tell that I needed help- all I knew was that I needed to buy a new bed. He was able to help me veiw beds that A) met my needs, B) were within my budget and C) would fit within the description of my bedroom. I was able to make an all rounded decision based on the products shown and the cost. He was even so nice as to offer me a hot beverage. The store was well laid out, and clean.

We were made to feel welcome the moment we entered the store and Jon was very helpful with our enquiry and then with placing our order. All in all excellent customer service.

Lovely and friendly people. Listened to my needs and chatted though options. Made a great cup of tea too.
