I did some research online looking for a shop with a larger range of double mattresses for under £200 and dreams came up as a good option. I looked up online for the local shop and found one in Ashford. I arrived with my daughter and Jonathan came straight over and welcomed us warmly he was great as he listened to all my needs and then offered me all the options available to my budget, he explained clearly the differences and showed us examples. It would of been great to have a few more of our options available to try on the shop floor - however, he could show us "similar" items to feel the difference between pocket and memory. We talked depth differences, ability to clean, mites, covers - he was fabulous ! I felt really confident we had made the right choice. I was happy with the price and the fabulous friendly service he offered. I loved that he didn't try to "up sell" me and respected my quoted budgets and took the time to ensure we made the best choice. Very very happy - lovely man - explained the whole process clearly.

I had purchased a bed for my daughter from a different retailer they never gave me the option of a headboard or said it didn’t come with one. After taking delivery they were not helpful. Visited your store for a headboard with my Asperger’s daughter and the member of staff Jon was so helpful we had a choice of head boards colours and styles, although it will not match the bed exactly my daughter left over joyed that her bed will be unique.

The advisor Dean did a great job showing us the range of beds in our budget. There was no hard sell it was a very relaxed atmosphere and it was a pleasure to spend money at the store. We have used Dreams in the past and value the personal sevice and professional knowledge. Dean knows his stuff. Good range of products, good prices and the reassurance of the product exchange if required.Was delivered as arranged by courteous team. Mattress is installed and being assessed. we were approached several times when we arrived in the store asking if we needed help but when we said we were just looking we were left alone to browse which was brilliant.all the staff were so friendly and helped make the experience a pleasurable one.
