Jill at the front was so kind and patient and accommodating. Mary Ann (I think that was her name) was knowledgeable and gave an excellent facial. Both gave recommendations, but I never felt the pressure to have to purchase products. Excited to go back and learn more about how to improve my skin.

Jill at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Maryann, my esthetician was fabulous and gave me great information and tips to help my skin. I will request her for my next appointment.

Therapist is familiar with me, uses medium to firm pressure and adjusts techniques based on feedback I give her.

Great massage. Nice staff. Signed up for a membership without any pressure. Only thing I would change is to have a quiet relaxation room for before or after treatments. Main reception area was pretty busy. Would be nice to have a 10 minute transition before going back to reality after a massage.

my Massage Therapist is the best I have had in 40 years

The store is clean and the receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable. However parking at this location is terrible. My massage therapist, Suzanna (sp?) was great. She was attentive to my requests and made the session very relaxing. She is professional and would definitely request her next time.

I had facial with MeryAnne. She has really nice hands. Her facial massage was so good and I like her personality.

I was highly satisfied with my facial and the recommendations of the esthetician. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience, and my face felt so good for days after! I am glad I came back to Hand and Stone!

As with every visit my needs were met with professionalism and sincere interest in my well being. Johnathan did a wonder job not only making my experience relaxing but taking special care to work on the area that was stiff and achy, relieving much of my pain.
