The staff were kind and gentle. It was my first time and I wasn’t very organized with what I wanted, but the staff had patience to explain and guide me to understanding the program and services offered.

Location and parking are very convenient. Reception is friendly and efficient with little wait time before the session. Service provider is knowledgeable and accommodating. Pleasant experience!
