I always book a massage with Shawn, he is amazing and very professional.

I love Michelle. She really knows what she is doing. It is close to home and I like how it is simple and not overwhelming. You’re in and out. It offers enough products in case there is something you need to pick up and the water cooler adds a nice touch.

It is easy to book my appointment through the app. My appointment time is always kept, with no extra waiting time. I like how the therapists continually ask how the pressure is throughout the appointment.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at hand and stone due to the overall needs met from my massage therapist. I felt very relaxed and she targeted the areas I requested due to tense knots in my back and neck.

Most of my experience comes down to the therapist. If the therapist is good, everything else falls into place…. For the most part. Last massage was exceptional. Michelle gives a great, firm and therapeutic massage yet somehow makes it relaxing as well.

Jessi Cao was absolutely amazing!!! She is definitely an asset and keeper. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and she knows her stuff. I would definitely and highly recommend Jessi.

Jessica was absolutely amazing. I just wish the massage wasn't so expensive since my benefits will quickly be exhausted at this price point. To extend my benefits I will have seek massage at my physio clinic.

My massage was very relaxing and I felt relief in my neck and shoulder pain after my treatment. My RMT was very professional and skilled and used a variety of massage techniques.
