The experience was excellent overall. It was easy to book an appointment. I was a bit nervous due to a medical condition but the receptionist made be feel comfortable and answered my questions. The therapist was also very understanding and worse a mask as I had requested. She was knowledgable and answered all my question before starting and checked in with me during the massage. I left feeling so much better.
