The RMT was excellent. Friendly, courteous, talented, professional, timely. It was a very positive experience. I found the 2 for 1 Black Friday sale confusing and inefficient. I feel the payment and gift cards should have been done simultaneously. Not to be picked up at a later date.

The reason why I am not able to come in too often is only because of the cost. It is a fair price but for my budget, it will be only for special occasions. Thank you

I noticed lately that I have been asked if I would like the pinpad to leave a gratuity. I find this to be very direct and I feel bad for saying no. (I feel inclined to leave a tip, as people in the reception area can hear me say no.) I don't feel like I should be tipping for a massage treatment. I see massage therapists as same as chiropractor and physiotherapist, whom I don't tip as well. Although I absolutely love my massage therapist, I'm not sure if I will return to Hand and Stone. I have closed my membership. I just don't like feeling awkward. Also I feel the price is high for a 50 and 80 minute massage.

I love the massages that I receive from Andrey. He is very knowledgeable and effective in treating troubled areas and recommending proactive stretches in between massages.

Sarah is an amazing massage therapist! She’s so professional, knowledgable, and polite. Such a great attitude and makes a client feel so welcome each time. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and I find her massages so relaxing. I even dozed off this visit! The front staff are very friendly in person and on the phone. Appointments are always on time and the place is clean and well maintained.
