RMT was knowledgeable and did an excellent job in addressing the medical issues noted. But time taken towards discussions and getting prepared detracted in time available for actual therapy.

I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time and it was a Christmas gift. Overall the experience was great. My job is very physical and the massage really worked and helped some problem areas.

I love the ambiance and the massage therapist. It's unfortunate, the monthly membership cost has gone up to $99.99. My insurance only covers a certain amount so it means more out of pocket for me at Hand and Stone.

The staff are always wonderful. The spa is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. I like a quiet, spa experience, so the aroma and music help with that experience. I have been using the Aurora location for over 5 years and I keep going back for these reasons. I do find the prices getting a bit hit, I don’t have a health plan, so I’m not sure how much longer I can continue with a monthly membership. I started seeing Michael after a terrible car accident and he has been a great help to me.
