I appreciated that everyone involved kept to the timeframe allotted for me. I had errands to run after my appointment & was able to accomplish everything. I felt that they valued my time as well as theirs

The massage was very effective in alleviating neck pain I had been dealing with for weeks. It was completely gone the next day. I also got a lot of benefit for my shoulders which are always tense. My therapist recommended to do some particular stretches in the days after as well which has helped.

Tom is hand downs the most down to earth person, approachable, and knowledgeable far beyond my expectations!
