The staff is welcoming. The atmosphere is calming and the warm neck massage is wonderful during my short wait time. Natalie is knowledgeable and helped me purchase the right products. She has a soft touch, explained everything and was very pleasant. I booked a return appointment.

My therapist Aurora was very good at finding tightness in my muscles and using the right amount of pressure to loosen them up. I get massages to ease tension that builds from work, not so much to relax so I appreciate therapists who have physiological knowledge and can really loosen up the deep tissue.

Rei (Ray) does an excellent job of explaining the process and is very knowledgeable about her work. She is consistently helpful and very good at explaining things. Check in is fast and efficient and wait times are almost nonexistent.

April does a great job and listens when I tell her the problem areas. She was very concerned if she was getting to the problem area.
