Chris was fantastic. His demeanor was incredibly calm and soothing. He was kind and authentic in his conversational manner, checking in regularly and explaining what he was doing, all of which made me feel safe and comfortable, and allowed me to feel like I could turn off my brain and relax completely. Everything he did felt wonderful. I found him to be an incredibly skilled massage therapist, fully working out areas of tension and leaving me feeling like I was floating on a cloud. The front desk staff was also warm and friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable.

My Massage therapist was incredible. He was very knowledgeable of how to fix certain issues I was having and he was very attentive to how my muscles were reacting as he was massaging. One of the best massages I’ve received yet!

The person who massaged me did an amazing job. I was so relaxed that i forgot her name. Lol! I really enjoyed that she listened to me and gave me what i asked for. I want her again. Hopefully Hand and Stone has her name on my file.

Everyone is very friendly. They always call you by your name and know why your there. Caden is wonderful at her job.

Everyone is always so genuinely kind every time I go in, including my most recent visit on January 20, 2024. Also, personally for me, massage can feel like such a vulnerable experience regardless of who the therapist is. My therapist prioritizes making me comfortable and checking into make sure everything is still okay, while maintaining a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Sometimes here at Hand & Stone is my only opportunity to decompress these days, so it makes me happy I can look forward to coming in to a welcoming atmosphere and a massage therapist who cares empathically about the service he gives.

Reception was inviting, kind and answered all of my questions regarding booking additional services Kimberly was easy going and had this friendly energy that made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and gave recommendations for taking care of my skin on the daily. Add ons during the service did not feel forced and were great recommendations for targeting my concerns. I will definitely be booking with her again!

They are curteous and listen to what I need for treating my old injuries (trigger points, pressure, what needs attention, etc).
