From the beginning of the process to the end, it was simple to book and my needs were met beyond satisfactory. My therapist was kind, professional and very skilled. I felt rejuvenated afterwards.

The therapist is super good , very friendly and made me feel so relax. The bad things happened to me there was when there is this homeless man get inside and forcefully grabbed my things and the receptionist didn’t even bother to help me or to tell the man to go out. It was very scary I was shaking and felt unsafe.

I have always had a great experience at H&S Don Mills. I always book with the same therapist and she listens to my concerns and provides service based on this information. The staff is very friendly at the front and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The only feedback i can provide was the temperature in the room - it was a little chilly especially nearing the end of my service when I was facing upwards on the table.
