The location was a very close to home so it’s convenient and encouraging to book regularly. The staff is great, everyone is friendly, cheerful yet calm and welcoming. Although my previous therapist left, I was able to find an equally good one on my next booking. Booking, payments and receipts are all done promptly and accurately. There’s no attempt to sell me on services I don’t request.

Meredith is an exceptional masseuse. Her massage techniques really help me with my back challenges and shoulder tension. She is a genuine, warm and caring person.

I was highly satisfied because I was aching from head to toe, I also have arthritis so I have pain all the time and I felt fantastic after the massage and still feeling pretty good 3 days later!

From the very first interaction of booking my appointment until leaving the location I was treated wonderfully. The receptionist was very pleasant. My massage therapist was absolutely incredible. He listened carefully to the areas that needed attention and provided extra care to the area. He was very pleasant, respectful and provided an incredible massage. The pressure was perfect, the ambiance was perfect, there was not a single thing I could recommend to make this a better experience. I have already suggested this location to others.

The receptionist welcomed us with a smile and called my wife and me by name, obviously being on top of who to expect. We waited in very comfortable chairs. Our pre-selected masseuses (one for me, one for my wife) came out and greeted us and escorted us to our respective rooms on time. We were asked what our main reason was for coming, to which we pointed out our problem areas. The ladies did a marvelous job working with just the right amount of pressure, asking about the pressure whenever a new area was worked on. We felt extremely comfortable and agreed that it was as good of a massage we ever had. Highly recommended. Will ge goingg back again soon.

The access to multiple available massage therapists is very good. After the massage you are relaxed and at ease; with a needful rest.

I’ve been going to Chi and he’s just great. He manages to hone in on the areas that need it and I always come away feeling better. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

While many others go for a massage for relaxation, I go to ensure I don't injure myself when I play sports. Stephanie is the RMT that I always book with and each session she starts off with seeing my level of mobility i.e. how far I can stretch, bend, etc. Based on that and or any factors I describe, she targets areas accordingly. She also explains what could be contributing factors. I really value that knowledge because it helps me prevent injuries.
