Massage therapist was excellent. She was thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.

I did not love carpet in the massage rooms. I think flooring is more sanitary and does not hold on to odours, dust and hair especially if you experience allergies. Overall the customer service and ambiance was great and I am happy to return to this location. It’s easier to book over the phone as I have difficulty accessing the app. Would recommend this location to others.

The reception staff are very friendly. Things operate on time and our massage therapist Roseanne is amazing!

Karla is a warm and friendly professional. She gently and expertly does the treatments, communicating what is next and ensuring my comfort. I have see her multiple times and will continue to go to Hand & Stone because of her wonderful treatments.

Availability to book for 3 people was amazing. As soon as I walked in the reception smelled like eucalyptus. The massage therapist was very patient with me and my hearing loss.i felt like I was pampered. Such a treat. I already recommended this location to my neighbour who will be booking massage shortly.

Jet was right on time kept on schedule. Always kept checking if temperature pressure heat were ok. Ambiance was very relaxing everyone there was friendly and polite.
