I had the classic facial plus the diamond glow and the serum and I was told it would make my skin more nourished and feel soft. After my appointment and the product was washed off I didnt notice a difference. I’d recommend providing the diamond glow as its own service not coupled with a facial. The results weren’t what I expected for almost $200.Olivia was great she was very knowledgeable but the diamond glow wasn’t what I expected.

Shonda asked me why I was there and what my goal was for being there and then she LISTENED and followed through with what I had asked for.

Every time I have an appointment whether it's for a facial or a massage, all the staff is fantastic. Olivia is my go to facialist and she is always amazing! I tell all my friends and family about her and several have booked with her as well.

LeMarrick has always made me feel comfortable. He asks me what we're working on today, I specify what I need, and he focuses on those areas. I have never left Hand and Stone unsatisfied with the services provided.

Elvira is an excellent masseuse! She always asks for areas to focus on & delivers the request. It is a very relaxing atmosphere.

Lamarck was amazing. I definitely will book with him again.

I have been seeing Vernon for close to a year and he is the reason my experience continues to be the best of the best. He listens to your needs, applies the perfect pressure, and he seems to remember what we discussed the previous appointment about family and aches/pains. I always leave very relaxed and feeling better than I came in.

Vernon is one of our favorites. I lost my left arm in the military and I get a knot in my left shoulder blade. Vernon is fantastic at spending time on the knot and it helps relieve a lot of the pain that I feel daily. I also appreciate the deep stretches during the massage.
