Kate is always professional. She always ask what area of a facial I would like more attention drawn to. Kate has done by facial many times and is very kind and considerate. She should be recognized by Hand and Stone. Kate's the best!!!

The ambiance was great. My massage therapist was very thorough and did a great job at explaining everything she was going to do. She was very professional and I felt comfortable the entire time.

Receptionists very helpful answering my questions, getting me rebooked, and giving suggestions when I asked!! Great experience!

Although I feel bruised today from the massage, I can tell there was relief from shoulder and back pain. I’m grateful!

The customer service is great along with quality of the massages. I’ve had one facial that was also great.
