I’ve been a member of Hand and Stone for about 7 years now and have enjoyed going to the Lake Pleasant location.

Katie B was easy to talk to and very friendly. She was very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to my next appointment with her.

I made my appointment via text. It was easy to understand and navigate. I used a $15 enhancement credit that was given to me due to a therapist having to cancel my appointment two weeks ago (very disappointed). I used the credit for a “deep tissue” upgrade. Not sure if I needed to because my therapist did an amazing job in applying enough pressure to the areas I wanted work performed on. My therapist, Shamrin was AMAZING!!! Excellent technique and communicated perfectly with how I wanted my massage done. My schedule is changing within the next couple of weeks and I hope I can make an appointment with her again I the near future since she only works from 9 AM-2 PM.
