Hand and Stone

We utilize the Fayetteville, NC location and have done so since 2018. They have always been polite, professional and very attentive to our needs. Specifically on my our last visit, Bobby at the front desk took excellent care of us as he always does. My therapist, Kimberly, was amazing as usual. My wife's therapist, Mariah, was also amazing and my wife consistently talks about how good of a job she does.

It is so easy to book an appointment with the new app and there are always appointments that fit my schedule. The store is always so clean, products well stocked and there is a calming ambiance throughout. Check in and out is super quick and easy and I only waited a few minutes for my therapist to call me back.

The front staff was very helpful. My therapist was amazing and did a terrific job. I have already booked a future appointment with him. Looking forward to getting back on track with massages every month.

Customer service was perfect. Massage therapist is always pleasant and answers all my questions. I enjoyed the work that they do. I'm always happy and relaxed when my service is complete. No complaints!

The reception staff are always friendly. Marlisa is excellent. She always takes great care of me. She listens and is very sensitive around my ankle surgical area.
