I love my techinican, I have been with her for the past year for all my facials. I'm sorry I forgot her name in the front she asked her supervisors when she didnt know exactly what to change for my visit and the package I bought. She was so thorough and spot on-Great Customer service

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The ambiance in the treatment rooms is wonderfully relaxing. Esthetician, Jessica, knows what my skin needs and suggests treatments that will maximize my treatment

I have been with many therapists and Emilo is one of the best. He listens to what my needs are. I don't feel like he is pushing the services on me like other therapists do yet, he does offer. He is very professional. The Pompton Location is by far the best in customer service and has a great variety of therapists to choose from. They are all good in their own way. I have been to other hand and stones and have not experienced a good message/experience and will only go to the Pompton location.

Lindsey is a wonderful and knowledgeable esthetician. I trust her with whatever my skin may need at the time. Naomi was great too! Will be returning to both Lindsey and Naomi.

The facility provides a relaxing atmosphere in the waiting area as well as the massage rooms. I've booked with Lisa several times and will continue to use her expert services. She has magic hands that have helped relieve a number of physical issues. She has very strong hands and I highly recommend her service to anyone who needs a deep tissue massage.

Lindsey is absolutely awesome. I came to this particular Hand and Stone because of her. I originally went to the Clifton one where I first had an appointment with her and have not gone to anyone else since. She makes you feel very comfortable, and really listens to you and makes it so relaxing. She is the best!
