Hand and Stone

It was a good experience. I was a little nervous having the cryotherapy because some of the things I had read on the Internet were a little frightening the aesthetician reassured me. My was lovely and my skin looks great.

The esthetician explained to me what she was doing.

The reception staff was friendly and welcoming and made me feel welcome. My massage therapist checked with me on what areas I needed particular attention on and concentrated on them. The entire area is well maintained and clean.

The woman working the front desk was very friendly, kind and efficiant. She knew what she was doing and was very pleasant. Sylvie was a great as she always is - my main complaint is that there are very few options for appointment times that fit my 9-5 work week schedule.

The staff was very welcoming in a calm manner. The Esthetician was very personable and genuine during my facial. She did a wonderful job paying attention to my skin needs and sensitivities.

Brianna was very professional. Obviously takes her profession very seriously. Recommended her to my husband for a facial due to her knowledge and commitment to her clients' satisfaction

Molly took the time to examine my skin, allow me to ask questions and gave her honest feedback. She provided an extremely relaxing service and I would absolutely return for another appointment and recommend her to friends and family.
