Your app is not good. I could not schedule my first facial online because there was mot availability for 3 months. Then i went in person and my site had many available times. I would be easier to just do all my appointments through the application

The person at the front desk helped me with a situation that I had to deal with due to another receptionist not informing me of the gift card I received. The gift card could only be used at the Bedford location. When I had made the appointment they did not tell me that. Luckily my bf mom had another gift card I could use
