Crystal, my massage therapist, was very attentive hitting all the areas I requested. She worked out all of my tight areas making sure she asking if the pressure used met my needs. The many therapists there are top notch. Love the SODO location!

Elizabeth was amazing! She asked me how I was doing and my response was “I’m exhausted”, we laughed and I was like in ready to relax. The pressure was much needed, this is the second time I got a massage from her and the first time was amazing with the Himalayan Salt Stone and Peppermint Scalp massage I had to come back! I told her I was going to come see her next week again. I really enjoy the service and everyone is soooooo nice! I started my membership at Waterford and ever since coming to Downtown and meeting Elizabeth, I think I find my main spot.

The person at the time of booking was not very efficient nor helpful when booking my apppintment but once I got there the in-person staff made it all worth it. :)
