Lennie was personable and made me feel comfortable We chatted a bit and connected out my career and where we grew up. She shared her excitement for new staff to come on board and provide facial services. I was a little confused why my appt didn't start right on time since I was the first appt of the morning and I had to wait a few minutes for her to come out but the appt and customer service ended up making up for it!

I love the reception staff and love Lenny. She knows my skin now and she addresses all the issues as needed. The staff is very friendly and books my next appointments before I leave. They even recommend different types of services, which I appreciate.

The therapist is wonderful and gives a great massage every single time. She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, while applying the proper amount of pressure to the needed areas. A few of the other therapists are not quite as friendly, and seem somewhat timid in applying pressure.

Sarah is fantastic! I've been her client for a while. She knows my trouble areas and applies perfect deep tissue pressure. Sarah adjusts to my needs each visit. Everyone in the office helps me feel like a valued client.

I am concerned about the cost of my membership and services. I am a retired teacher and I need to watch my expenses. Have you ever considered a discount for retired county teachers?

The entire Olney Hand & Stone staff is always so pleasant and helpful. My therapist Amanda was wonderful and always provides an exceptional tension-relieving massage. This was a very relaxing experience and I would highly recommend it.
